Amboseli Trust for Elephants
The Amboseli Trust for Elephants (ATE) is a pioneering nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation and welfare of African elephants in the Amboseli ecosystem of Kenya. Established in 1972 by Cynthia Moss and Harvey Croze, ATE operates the longest-running study of wild elephants, known as the Amboseli Elephant Research Project (AERP).
